Specialty, career stage, and what brought you here. A short intake quiz captures everything we need to match well — the same answers go straight to your mentor when the match lands, so nobody asks “what brings you here” cold. Phone optional; SMS opt-in only.

You choose your fit

Specialty, experience, and the goals you wrote feed a compatibility model grounded in real research and our founding pilot — it surfaces the mentors most likely to be a strong fit. Every mentor is screened and license-verified (by Peter, founder & RN) before they ever appear. You browse, compare, and choose who to book.

Book your first Call

Pick an open time that works for you and share what you want to cover. Your Call is a 20-minute paid conversation — voice-default, camera optional (no extra charge), $25. No subscription. Book another only when you need it.

You'll see Open time slots on your mentor’s calendar and a single Book a Call button. Email confirmation with a calendar invite the moment payment clears.
