After signup · what bookings need

You can sign up, build your profile, and set availability right away. Mentees can book you once your setup is complete: a verified, current state-board license, active payout setup with Stripe, an account in good standing, and saved available hours.

On your profile page, add your nursing license: RN, APRN (NP, CNS, CRNA or CNM), or LPN/LVN. State-board licenses are checked against the public state registry. You can also add nursing specialty certifications (CCRN, ANCC, etc.) and other supporting credentials; they appear as badges on your profile but don’t make you bookable on their own. We’ll email you when each review is complete.

Mentors must be licensed nurses. A nursing role or supporting certification does not replace a current nursing license. Nursing students and graduates awaiting licensure can join as mentees.
